U.S. Shipping

Can I get my order expedited? Yes. We offer expedited shipping at checkout for domestic orders. Our expedited shipping is handled through FedEx. The cost is calculated once your shipping address is entered during the checkout process. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping outside the U.S. We can only expedite shipping on orders that have not been processed or shipped. If you have already placed an order and need to expedite the ship method, contact us immediately and we will try our best. Please note, customers will be sent an invoice for the cost of expedited shipping if we are able to update the ship method.

Where's my package? As soon as your package ships, we send a tracking number in an email that you can use to learn your order status. If you want to change the address or have a question about the whereabouts, please first contact the shipping carrier directly as we do not control packages once they leave our shipping center.  Have your tracking number ready.

 

 

What is the Size/Weight of the floats?

  • The float comes in a box that is about 12” x 12” x 6.5”.
  • If you remove the float from your box it will fit in a standard size carry-on bag.
  • The floats weight approximately 8 lbs. deflated.

FUNBOY SHIPPING CARRIERS

When will my order ship? Orders placed before noon PST with expedited shipping, will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed with FREE Ground shipping will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours.

How long does free shipping take? We process orders within 1-2 business days, then ship domestic orders via FedEx SmartPost with final delivery by USPS. Generally, standard U.S. ground shipping takes 3-8 business days.

How long does expedited shipping take? We offer FedEx overnight shipping as well as FedEx 2 or 3 day expedited shipping. Orders placed before noon PST will be shipped same day while orders placed after noon PST will ship out the following day.

Where is my package?  Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification with a  tracking number. If you want to learn the whereabouts, you can simply click the tracking number in the email or contact the appropriate carrier with the tracking number provided.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When will my international order ship? Orders placed with DHL international shipping will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours.

  • How long does shipping take?  International orders take 48 business hours to process and ship. We ship via DHL for international orders. Use your tracking number and click HERE to track your package. Once your order ships, it generally takes 12 business days to be delivered. Please note, we have no control over DHL shipment or customs delays. Such delays can prolong delivery times up to 20 business days and you should contact DHL for further information.

    Customs / Taxes & Duties

    • Do you pay for duties and taxes? For international customers, (outside the US) all local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or any other taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.



    ORDER ISSUES

    What if I need to change or cancel my order?

    • Send an email to help@funboy.com with your order number and “CHANGE or CANCEL” in the subject line. We'll do our best to update or cancel your order before it ships.
    • Please note business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST.
    • If an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel / change and you will need to contact help@funboy.com for further details.

    My float will not stay inflated, help!

    • We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your float! Our first suggestion is inflating one more time and ensuring that all the valves are fully closed as those can be tricky sometimes. When people reach out with "slow leak" issues, it is often just an issue with the valve being fully closed and tightened.
    • It’s totally normal for a pool float to slowly lose air over an extended period of time. If the air loss is sudden, please contact help@funboy.com for further assistance.

    My float has a hole, what should I do?

    • We recommend patching the holes with the pvc patches that were included in the FUNBOY box. If you need new patches, you can purchase them at most sporting goods stores or off amazon (free shipping!).

    I received the wrong float, help!

      • Please send an email to help@funboy.com and include your order number and an image of the float received. 

    I received a faulty float, help!

    • We are so sorry to hear you received a defective float! We are only able to refund or replace floats with a manufacturing defect within 14 days of receiving your order. We put this policy in place as it's extremely difficult to know if a float was received with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during use. We appreciate your understanding!
    • Please send an image of your float to help@funboy.com within 14 days of receipt and we will begin the replacement process!
    • PLEASE NOTE: ALL Replacement products are shipped GROUND. Customers will be billed for replacement floats requiring expedited shipping or international shipping.




      RETURNS AND REFUNDS

      What's your return policy?

        • All unused items in original packaging (intact) received within 14 days of receipt will be fully refunded, less shipping. Customer is responsible for return postage. Return orders should be sent to the address below:

      • We are only able to refund or replace floats with a manufacturing defect as necessary within 14 days of receiving your order.
      • PLEASE NOTE: ALL Replacement products are shipped GROUND.
      • The return process usually takes from one to two weeks, factoring in the time it takes to receive the package at our warehouse and for the refund to hit your account. We will send out an email confirmation right when your refund has been processed.

      When can I expect my refund?

        • Once we have received the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the order, less the cost of shipping to the credit card used for the purchase within 24-48 hrs.




      FLOAT CARE

      How do I Inflate my float? FUNBOY floats feature dual-action valves that enable the floats to inflate and deflate in a matter of minutes! Follow these simple steps to get Floating:

      1. Ensure the dual-action valve is pulled-out of float body
      2. Insert black mid-valve into the clear valve base. Ensure black mid-valve is fully inserted.
      3. Insert any standard inflation device into the black mid-valve, hold firmly and inflate.

      *Pro Tip: Insert a hair dryer (COLD AIR ONLY) directly into clear valve base to inflate!

      How do I deflate my float?  Simply pull the entire valve out of the float body, and voila!

        What is the recommended age for FUNBOY floats?  14+  FUNBOY floats are not a life saving device. Do not leave children unattended while in use. 

        PAYMENT

        What  payment types do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

        When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed.
         
        How do I use my Discount Code? If you have a discount code please enter the code at checkout in the designated box that says “discount.”
        My card was charged, why has my order not shipped?  Credit cards are charged at the time of purchase. If your order has not shipped your credit card may have been flagged for potential fraud. To protect our customers, we reach out to all orders that have been flagged as fraud and wait for customer verification before shipping your order.



        COUNTERFEITS

        All FUNBOY floats are original copyrighted designs and FUNBOY is only authorized seller and manufacturer of these floats.
        I’ve found cheaper versions of your floats online, are those FUNBOY’s?
        • NO! Unfortunately people are knocking off our copyrighted floats. We actively take down these companies and manufacturers.
        • We do not recommend purchasing cheaper “fake” versions of our products off Amazon or other websites as we cannot guarantee the quality or ensure the products are being tested and safe to use.
        • Please notify us if you find any counterfeit versions online by emailing help@funboy.com
