Can I get my order expedited? Yes. We offer expedited shipping at checkout for domestic orders. Our expedited shipping is handled through FedEx. The cost is calculated once your shipping address is entered during the checkout process. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping outside the U.S. We can only expedite shipping on orders that have not been processed or shipped. If you have already placed an order and need to expedite the ship method, contact us immediately and we will try our best. Please note, customers will be sent an invoice for the cost of expedited shipping if we are able to update the ship method.
Where's my package? As soon as your package ships, we send a tracking number in an email that you can use to learn your order status. If you want to change the address or have a question about the whereabouts, please first contact the shipping carrier directly as we do not control packages once they leave our shipping center. Have your tracking number ready.
What is the Size/Weight of the floats?

When will my order ship? Orders placed before noon PST with expedited shipping, will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed with FREE Ground shipping will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours.
How long does free shipping take? We process orders within 1-2 business days, then ship domestic orders via FedEx SmartPost with final delivery by USPS. Generally, standard U.S. ground shipping takes 3-8 business days.
How long does expedited shipping take? We offer FedEx overnight shipping as well as FedEx 2 or 3 day expedited shipping. Orders placed before noon PST will be shipped same day while orders placed after noon PST will ship out the following day.

When will my international order ship? Orders placed with DHL international shipping will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours.
What about duties and taxes? The customer is responsible for duties and taxes. For the following countries the customer will pay duties and taxes at checkout: UK, AU, JP, MX, DE, NZ, KR & other EU countries). For all other international customers, you will be contacted by your local mail carrier to pay for duties and taxes prior to delivery.
Important Note for customers in the following countries [UK, AU, JP, MX, DE, NZ, KR & other EU countries] The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes FUNBOY to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that FUNBOY may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

How do I Inflate my float? FUNBOY floats feature dual-action valves that enable the floats to inflate and deflate in a matter of minutes! Follow these simple steps to get Floating:
*Pro Tip: Insert a hair dryer (COLD AIR ONLY) directly into clear valve base to inflate!How do I deflate my float? Simply pull the entire valve out of the float body, and voila!
There’s a hole in my float, how do I fix it? We recommend patching the holes with the pvc patches that were included in the FUNBOY box with the swans. If you need new patches, you can purchase them at most sporting goods stores or snag this patch off amazon (free shipping)!
My float has a slow leak, any suggestions? Our first suggestion is inflating one more time and ensuring that all the valves are fully closed as those can be tricky sometimes. When people reach out with "slow leak" issues, it is often just an issue with the valve being fully closed and tightened.What is the Size/Weight of the floats?
What is the recommended age for FUNBOY floats? 14+ FUNBOY floats are not a life saving device. Do not leave children unattended while in use.
