Request Address Change

We understand mistakes happen. If your order has already shipped, FUNBOY has no ability to update your shipping address. Once your order ships, the carrier (i.e. Fedex or UPS) is responsible for the delivery of your order.

If you contact us within 15 min during customer service hours, we will do our best to update your shipping address but given the fast-paced nature of our warehouse, we can't make any guarantees.

Request Order Change

We understand mistakes happen. If your order has already shipped, FUNBOY has no ability to make any changes to it.

If you would like to add an item to your order, the easiest thing to do is to place a new order.

Manufacturer Defect Claim

All FUNBOY inflatable products undergo a 24 hour air test and 3rd party QC inspection prior to shipping to customers. If you believe your FUNBOY inflatable product has a manufacturer defect, meaning your product was defective upon receipt and the first inflation, please fill-out FUNBOY's manufacturer defect form below to request a replacement product. Due to the inflatable nature of FUNBOY's products, manufacturer defect claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and cannot be made after the product has been used. Once submitted, FUNBOY's customer service team will contact you with any additional questions along with resolution for your claim.

We can't wait for you to get your FUNBOY. Review our ship times HERE. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking (check your Spam).

Cancel my order

Oh no! We hate to see you go. If your order has already shipped, FUNBOY has no ability to cancel your order. Once your order ships, the carrier (i.e. Fedex or UPS) is responsible for the delivery of your order.

Return Unused and Unopened Product

Oh no! We hate to see you go. We accept returns of un-used and un-opened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of opened and/or used items. Due to the heavy nature of FUNBOY products, FUNBOY does not provide return shipping labels nor cover return shipping costs.
