FUNBOY HALLOWEEN GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

FUNBOY LLC, 4111 East Madison Street #14, Seattle, WA 98112 (“Sponsor” or “FUNBOY”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the United States (50 U.S./D.C.) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, and employees (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter or win. Household Members (people who share the same residence at least three months a year) and Immediate Family Members (parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses) of such individuals are also not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive the following FUNBOY Halloween items:

• Halloween Lawn Snake 3-Pack — $89

• Black & White Halloween Pumpkin 3-Pack — $79

• Standing Ghost 3-Pack — $79

• Hanging Ghost — $39

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $286.

Actual/appraised value may differ at time of award. Prize specifics are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No cash redemption, transfer, or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs/expenses not specified herein. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for FUNBOY to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period (defined below):

1. Follow @funboy on Instagram;

2. Like the giveaway post; and

3. Tag your Halloween-loving bestie in the comments. Each tag = 1 entry; unlimited entries allowed.

5. PROMOTION PERIOD & WINNER SELECTION

Giveaway ends 10/8 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Promotion Period”). One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Sponsor will notify the potential winner by Instagram Direct Message (DM) within a reasonable time after the random drawing. The potential winner must follow the instructions provided and may be required to email Sponsor and/or complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and/or tax documents within five (5) days of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within the stated time, fails to return required documents, is found ineligible, or the DM is undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for delays or failures in notification due to inactive accounts or technical issues.

7. PRIVACY

Personal information is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.funboy.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, Entrant consents to Sponsor’s use and sharing of personal information for administration and prize fulfillment, including inclusion on a publicly available winners list.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incorrect/inaccurate entry information or faulty/failed electronic transmissions; (b) unauthorized access to, or theft/destruction/alteration of, entries; (c) technical malfunctions, failures, or errors of any kind; (d) unavailability or inaccessibility of networks/services/websites; (e) suspended or discontinued internet/wireless/phone service; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation or receipt/use of any prize. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason (including, without limitation, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and, if feasible, to award prizes in a manner deemed fair and equitable.

9. WINNER LIST / OFFICIAL RULES

To obtain the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: FUNBOY LLC — Halloween Giveaway, 4111 East Madison Street #14, Seattle, WA 98112. Requests for the winner’s name must be received no later than 02/01/2026.
