Safety/Care
Read the entire user manual prior to inflation and usage.
- Do not exceed 1.5 PSI. Both recommended pumps are capable of over-inflating the ornament which can cause permanent damage to the product.
- Inflate until firm, but not hard. Avoid overinflation, which may damage the product.
- Do not attempt to inflate away wrinkles. Minor wrinkles are normal and will gradually smooth out over time.
- A hissing sound during inflation is normal. Two small vent holes near the valve allow trapped air to escape from between the inflatable inner core and metallic outer layer. This is intentional, not an air leak. The sound will stop once the trapped air has escaped.

What pump should I use?
You can use a standard low-pressure electric air pump designed for air beds or pool floats, a FUNBOY E-Pump or a FUNBOY Manual SUP/Drop Stitch Pump. A pump is required and is sold separately. Follow the inflation instructions for your pump type.
How do I know when my ornament is fully inflated?
Inflate until the ornament feels firm, but not hard, and most wrinkles have smoothed out. Do not exceed 1.5 PSI or over-inflate to remove every wrinkle. Minor wrinkles in the metallic panels may relax after 20–30 minutes.
Why is air escaping from the small holes near the valve?
This is normal during inflation! The two small holes release trapped air between the inner inflatable core and the metallic outer layer. Do not cover them. The airflow will stop once the trapped air has escaped.
Can I display my Luxe Ornament indoors and outdoors?
Yes! Luxe Ornaments are designed for temporary indoor or outdoor decorating for up to 60 days per season. Choose a flat, smooth area free of sharp objects, with at least 6 feet of clearance on all sides. Keep away from heat sources and never set up underneath or near power lines.
How do I keep my ornament in place outdoors?
Use the included ropes and ground stakes to anchor every bottom D-ring. Extend the ropes outward at approximately a 45-degree angle, secure them to the stakes, and tighten without over-tightening. Check your display daily and adjust as needed. Soft soil can affect anchoring; always check for underground pipes or utilities before placing stakes.
Can I leave my ornament outside in any weather?
Do not use your ornament in strong winds, severe weather, or extreme conditions. Sudden gusts can lift the product even when anchored. When not in use, store away from direct sunlight to reduce prolonged UV exposure.
Why does my ornament look softer in cold weather?
Cold temperatures cause the air inside to contract, so a softer appearance does not necessarily mean there is a leak. Add air as needed without exceeding the recommended pressure. When moving the ornament from a cold space into a warmer one, you may need to release air to prevent over-inflation.
What’s included with my Luxe Ornament?
Each ornament is sold individually and includes ground stakes and ropes. Quantities vary by size and style:
- 60 models: 1 ornament, 1 ground stake, and 1 rope.
- 90 models: 1 ornament, 2 ground stakes, and 2 ropes.
- 120 Tricolor model: 1 ornament, 3 ground stakes, and 3 ropes.
- 120 Red and Green models: 1 ornament, 4 ground stakes, and 4 ropes.
How do I deflate and store my ornament?
Unscrew the valve cap and press the center pin into the deflation position. Allow approximately 5 minutes for the air to escape. Once completely dry and free of debris, gently fold and roll toward the topper and valve. Close the valve, replace the cap, and store with the accessories in a dry location between 50–90°F.
How do I clean my ornament?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and use mild dish soap for stains as needed. Dry thoroughly before storing, and never pack it away damp.
