Holiday Decor LED Light Troubleshooting FAQs
My Lights Won’t Turn On/Off
If your light does not respond to the remote control, the most likely reason is the three AAA batteries are drained and need to be replaced. Please replace them with fresh or rechargeable AAA batteries. Do not mix brands of batteries or new and old batteries.
Double-check the polarity of the batteries as well and make sure all the + and - signs are oriented in the correct direction based on the polarity indicators in the battery compartment of the lights.
If there is still no response with the lights, please check and replace the single button cell CR2025 battery in the remote control. Refer to all warnings in the front of this user manual and dispose of the CR2025 battery appropriately. (These batteries are commonly available at most grocery stores and/or online).
If you continue to experience any issues, please reach out to our customer service team and we would be happy to assist.
Blinking Red Lights
When the LED is blinking red or just red that means it is out of batteries and in low power mode. When in low power mode, the light will not respond to the remote control and the batteries in the LED need to be replaced. When the LED is blinking red or just red, the three AAA batteries must be replaced to function properly.
How Often Do I Need To Change The Batteries?
The Battery Operated LED usually lasts around 10-12 hours. We highly recommend customers use the timer function on the remote control to prolong battery life. When using the timer function, for example "2H (2 hours)," the LED will blink acknowledging that the timer has been set. Each LED must blink to actually be set for timer function.
How To Use The Timer Function
Turn on your LED to your preferred color.
Select your preferred timer - for example, the “2H” button on the remote corresponds to a 2 hour timer.
The LED must blink in order to confirm that the timer function has been set. From there, your LEDs should turn off after your chosen amount of time. Each light must blink individually to set the timer for each light.
How To Change My Remote Batteries
Locate the circular button on the back of your remote next to the rectangle box titled “release.” Depress the button with a pen, pencil, or paperclip.
While depressing the circular release button with one hand, squeeze the tray release and pull the tray release out with your other hand.
