POOL FLOAT RETURNS
POOL FLOATS: We accept returns of un-used and un-opened pool floats in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of opened and/or used items. Due to the heavy nature of FUNBOY pool floats, FUNBOY does not provide return shipping labels nor cover return shipping costs. All FUNBOY inflatable products undergo a 24 hour air test and 3rd party QC inspection prior to shipping to customers. If you believe your FUNBOY inflatable product has a manufacturer defect, meaning your product was defective upon receipt and the first inflation, please fill-out FUNBOY's manufacturer defect form HERE to request a replacement product. Due to the inflatable nature of FUNBOY's products, manufacturer defect claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and cannot be made after the product has been used. Once submitted, FUNBOY's customer service team will contact you with any additional questions along with resolution for your claim.
